Welcome to Love Logics! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Love Logics platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Who We Are

Love Logics, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides an interactive wedding planning platform designed to help couples organize, manage, and personalize their wedding journey. We are not a wedding vendor, wedding planner, or vendor directory.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you’ll need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to use our Services.

3. Free Trial and Billing

We offer a 7-day free trial to explore the platform. After the trial, your account will be automatically billed based on your selected plan:

  • Monthly subscription: $11.99/month (cancel anytime)

  • Lifetime access: $99 one-time fee

By entering payment info, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge your selected plan. You can cancel before your trial ends to avoid charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable once activated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, designs, and materials on the platform are owned by Love Logics, LLC or our licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or use our content outside of personal, non-commercial wedding planning without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the system

  • Share login access with others who are not part of your planning team

  • Misuse vendor or guest information entered into the platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with services like Stripe (payments), Flodesk (email), Pinterest (content), and Google (calendar). Your use of those features is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for behavior that violates these Terms or risks other users’ experience.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Love Logics, LLC is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Planning or vendor-related decisions made using our tools

  • Platform interruptions, bugs, or data loss

Your use of the platform is at your own risk. All tools are provided “as is.”

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or post a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.

  • Pages visited and activity on our site

2. How We Use Your Information

All vendors we use are required to maintain industry-standard security and confidentiality practices.

  • Personalize content and recommendations

  • Track marketing campaign performance

You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings. However, doing so may limit platform functionality.

We do not store or process payment card details directly. All payment transactions are handled by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe) in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

10. International Data Transfers

Our services are operated in the United States. If you are accessing from outside the U.S., you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or on the platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
